If you are out of insurance network, please remember that there is a reason your dentist has referred you to our office, and that is because they want you to have the best endodontic care possible.
Even if your carrier states that it will cover 80% or even 100% of endodontic fees, several factors can reduce the actual benefit you receive. These factors include the following: deductibles, annual limits and maximum allowable amounts per procedure.
